What You Agree To When You Play

Where age cannot be verified to x555's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification. x555 will cooperate with appropriate authorities if evidence of underage access is discovered.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on x555. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

When registering at x555, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your x555 account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x555 account login credentials — your username and password. x555 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact x555 support immediately and change your password.

x555 may, at its discretion, refuse registration or close an existing account where it has reason to believe that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete — or where creating the account would violate these Terms or applicable guidelines.

All financial transactions on x555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit at x555 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may require additional verification. Deposits are credited to your x555 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed by x555 within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 5 to 30 minutes from request submission.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

x555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a fraud prevention and player protection measure. Verified accounts experience faster withdrawal processing as standard.

You may only withdraw to a payment method that was previously used to fund your x555 account, except where x555's support team has approved an alternative method in writing. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts in your own name.

x555 maintains strict segregation between player funds and operating funds. Your account balance is held separately and is not used by x555 for any purpose other than honouring your withdrawal requests and game play.

• Bonuses are awarded to individual verified accounts only. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of related winnings, and permanent account closure.

The following game-play rules apply across all x555 games:

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during active play, x555's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where the fault prevents a valid outcome from being determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x555 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Attempting to access x555 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening more than one x555 account.
• Using x555 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using stolen payment credentials or payment methods not registered in your own name to fund your x555 account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the x555 platform for financial gain. Any suspected bugs must be reported to x555 support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract any part of the x555 platform's content, code, or data.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the x555 platform in any way.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward x555 staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion periods, by registering new accounts.

x555 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, x555 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, fund withholding pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud or criminal activity is involved.

x555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider related to the player's account.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player or on behalf of the player.
• A request from the player to close their account.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, x555 will aim to complete its review and communicate the outcome to the player within 10 business days. Account balances associated with suspended accounts will not be accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be restored and normal account access reinstated.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, any balance held on the account may be subject to forfeiture depending on the nature and severity of the breach. x555 will communicate the outcome in writing to the contact details registered on the account.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting x555 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within normal processing timeframes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the x555 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any x555 content without written permission.
• Use x555 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly permitted by x555.
• Create derivative works based on any x555 content or software.
• Use data extraction tools, scrapers, or automated access methods to collect x555 content.

Any unauthorised use of x555 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

x555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While x555 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, x555 cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, x555 will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated earnings arising from your use of the x555 platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that are outside x555's direct control.
• Errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party game providers.

x555 retains account data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable data retention standards. Upon request, x555 will provide you with a copy of the personal data held on your account.

x555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language for interpretation and application of these Terms. Where any translation is made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
